Peter the Great for Russia has been officially announced.
Unique Unit: Cossack
Replaces Cavalry; Attack strength is 67 (instead of 62 for the Cavalry) and can move after attacking
Unique Infrastructure: Lavra (District)
Replaces Holy Site; Each time a Great Person is used in the Lavra district, the owning city gets an extra tile free of charge.
Unique Ability: Mother Russia
Cities gain extra tiles when founded. Russia receives +1 Faith and +1 Production in Tundra tiles
Unique Leader Ability: Grand Embassy
Trade routes established with other civilizations provide additional science and culture for techs and civics (+1 science for every three technologies; +1 Culture for every three civics) that the target civilization has and Russia does not yet have.
